Valerij was great to deal with — really patient, answered every email and question i sent, and never once pushed for a sale or a review. when me and my grandad came up, he and the two staff there were very friendly and easy to talk to.
the ad was clear and accurate, and the car itself was spotless. freshly serviced, nct until next year, came with mats, wheel covers, topped-up fuel, and even a brand new key since there was only one with it. i also got a 3-month engine and gearbox warranty (which is solid for a 10+ year old car) and a 12-month AA membership as it was AA approved.

overall just a really fair and trustworthy place to buy from. proper honest dealership with no pressure and great service. highly recommend.

From the very first phone call after finding my dad’s automatic car on Adverts.ie, the communication with 5 Star Quality Motors was excellent. I live in Kerry, 3–4 hours away, and once I paid a small deposit, I was fully reassured the car would not be sold to anyone else. That level of honesty really stood out.

When I went to collect the car, the description and presentation were exactly as advertised — in fact, it looked like it had just come off the production line. Every question I asked, every message I sent on WhatsApp, Muhammed answered promptly and honestly. The 3-month warranty on the engine and gearbox also gave extra peace of mind.

As for the price, I felt it was fair. The car was in such good condition for its year that I didn’t feel the need to haggle. I requested a reversing camera, and it was provided without issue.

The sales yard itself isn’t flashy — it’s not a big high-end showroom with cars lined up on black tarmac — but that didn’t matter to me. Bought a discovery from Enda and couldn’t have got a better service. Let me test drive the car for a few days to make sure I was fully happy before I purchased it and then collected it from Wexford and delivered the car to me. Artur the person I met, provided me with very detailed information about the car I was interested in. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I thought it was impossible that garages like this still existed. After several months of searching, I decided this was the place to buy a car. After a test drive, I was even more excited and interested in buying. When we closed the deal, Artur was very helpful in arranging all the paperwork, and two days later, I picked up the car with a full service and a six-month warranty.
